Features of the great room include massive view windows that will help you take full visual advantage of the geography around your home as well as bring in large amounts of natural light. The two way fireplace in the great room is shared with the upper deck. The final feature of the main floor is the primary bedroom suite, which includes its own private covered porch, tons of view windows, and a fully featured en suite bathroom and walk in closet.

Downstairs is a totally different ball game. An over 400 square foot rec room sets the tone for this floor, in addition to another fire place, second patio, hot tub pad, and enough space to entertain just about anyone. We tried hard to create a home that welcomes you in and brings about a sense of calm, and we think we’ve done that with this rustic family house plan. The exterior screams classy barn chic, and that soothing, country atmosphere echos throughout the interior as well.

The approach to the home takes you past (or into) the three car garage, where you’ll see the shop, dog wash, and entrance to the laundry room. Back out front, a grand porch with a vaulted roof ushers you inside. The central living core is open, open, open! The dining room is sandwiched on either side by the gourmet kitchen and sprawling living room, and complimented by the vaulted ceiling and folding door access to the covered outdoor living area.

To the left you will find the powder room and beyond, the laundry room and primary bedroom suite. This isn’t any ordinary suite, however. We’ve designed it for outstanding privacy and luxury, with private access to covered outdoor living, a decked out bathroom, and a generous walk-in closet with pass through access to the laundry room.

We’ve taken the art of the rustic barn home up a notch with this plan! We pulled out all the stops in order to provide you with the finest in charming, rustic, style. Sprawling outdoor spaces, ample bedrooms, tons of room to entertain, and plenty of opportunity to relax are all wrapped up in one, attractive, package.

From the moment you drive up to your new home, you’ll be struck by the sweeping, inviting exterior. It’s not often that attached homes offer great style – it seems all too frequently people prioritize functionality over design, but we think the two go hand in hand with what we’re calling a farmhouse townhouse, for obvious reasons. Rustic touches set off the exterior while inside lies a sleek and efficient modern floor plan. You shouldn’t have to settle for an easy living floor plan or a classy exterior.

The lower floor consists of a covered porch and the office, as well as the rear entry garage. The office benefits from shared access to the garage so you could even repurpose the garage as an extension of the office or if you are an artist, perhaps you could use the office as a clean room and the garage as the main studio.

Moving to the main floor, there is a long and open central living space, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room all flow together as one unit.
