Sloping Lot House Plan

If you’ve ever built a home on a downhill lot, you’ll know that that can be limiting when it comes to design options. We know this too, and work to bring you a diverse and stunning group of sloping lot house plans to make sure you’re not limited just because your lot is on a hill! Silver is our latest effort in this series of sloped designs and we think you’ll be thrilled with the results.

A modern exterior sets the stage for an ultra comfortable floor plan, starting with the 2 car garage and a brief foyer. Once inside, you’ll find yourself in the L-shaped kitchen that transitions to the great room via a flexible island. Features of the great room include massive view windows that will help you take full visual advantage of the geography around your home as well as bring in large amounts of natural light. The two way fireplace in the great room is shared with the upper deck. The final feature of the main floor is the primary bedroom suite, which includes its own private covered porch, tons of view windows, and a fully featured en suite bathroom and walk in closet.

Downstairs is a totally different ball game. An over 400 square foot rec room sets the tone for this floor, in addition to another fire place, second patio, hot tub pad, and enough space to entertain just about anyone. Not only do you get the rec room, but you’ll also get a private office, second bedroom, full bathroom, and a bonus golf (or anything else) storage closet.

Charming, Rustic Family House Plan

We tried hard to create a home that welcomes you in and brings about a sense of calm, and we think we’ve done that with this rustic family house plan. The exterior screams classy barn chic, and that soothing, country atmosphere echos throughout the interior as well.

The approach to the home takes you past (or into) the three car garage, where you’ll see the shop, dog wash, and entrance to the laundry room. Back out front, a grand porch with a vaulted roof ushers you inside. The central living core is open, open, open! The dining room is sandwiched on either side by the gourmet kitchen and sprawling living room, and complimented by the vaulted ceiling and folding door access to the covered outdoor living area.

To the left you will find the powder room and beyond, the laundry room and primary bedroom suite. This isn’t any ordinary suite, however. We’ve designed it for outstanding privacy and luxury, with private access to covered outdoor living, a decked out bathroom, and a generous walk-in closet with pass through access to the laundry room.

Heading the other way from the entry puts you smack dab in the giant flex room which could be any thing from an office, home gym, art studio, music room, game room, theater, and much, much more! Three additional bedrooms round out the home, one with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet and the other two with a full bath just outside.

Single Story Modern House Plan

Sometimes a home just works – this single story modern house plan has everything you need all on one floor.

A grand and luxurious porte-cochere sets the tone for the rest of the home and it only gets better from there. After you park, walk up to the french doors and be welcomed into the 14′ foyer. To the right is the powder room and straight ahead you’ll be whisked into the stunning, open-concept kitchen/dining room/great room. This great room is sure to delight you with its 14′ ceiling, ample built-ins, grand fire place, and access to the beautiful outdoor living space. Plenty of room for a stately dining room set lies just beyond the gourmet kitchen, where a large island and tons of counter space will make for delightful meal prep. Just behind the kitchen is the mud room, utility room, and a massive walk-in pantry (complete with prep counter and sink).

This home’s bedrooms are something special, especially if you decide to build somewhere with a rear view. Positioned at the rear of the home, each bedroom is very private, especially the primary bedroom suite. The back left corner of the home is dedicated entirely to this space and its luxury en suite bathroom. The final two bedrooms sit opposite the primary bedroom and include two adjacent walk-in closets and a shared full bathroom.

Beautiful Modern Farm Houseplan

Taking many style and floor plan notes from it’s larger cousin Modern Frontier, this lovely modern farm houseplan is jam packed with plenty of flexible and easy living features. Entering through the foyer, you’ll see first the ultra flexible den/guest room. With its walk-in closet, en suite sink, vaulted ceiling, and full bathroom right next door, this is the perfect room for either a deluxe office, creative studio, extended stay guest suite, or even as a small rental. As you move further into the home past the staircase you’ll arrive at the open concept dining room/kitchen/living room. This provides a sense of flow, connection, and balance to the core of the home.

The 20′ ceiling in the living room, the large fireplace, built-ins, and access to the grand covered outdoor living at the rear of the home will all leave you awestruck. 640 Square Foot Charming, Small, Modern House Plan

Luxury Rustic Barn Home

We’ve taken the art of the rustic barn home up a notch with this plan! We pulled out all the stops in order to provide you with the finest in charming, rustic, style. Sprawling outdoor spaces, ample bedrooms, tons of room to entertain, and plenty of opportunity to relax are all wrapped up in one, attractive, package.

From the moment you drive up to your new home, you’ll be struck by the sweeping, inviting exterior. Entering the vaulted foyer, straight ahead you’ll see the stunning vaulted living room, to the left you’ll find the open concept kitchen, and to the right, the private vaulted office. Just behind the kitchen sits the full guest suite, which comes complete with a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and private covered patio. This space is a perfect rental, long term guest quarters, mother-in-law suite, or even an in-home getaway space. In the corner of the kitchen is access to the utility/mud room, which continues further on into the garage.

The primary bedroom suite sits on the main floor and has just about everything you’ll need. A long private hallway sets the bedroom back far away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the main floor. As with the rest of the home, a vaulted ceiling makes the already sizable bedroom feel that much larger, and view windows looking out the rear of the home let in tons of natural light. The en suite bathroom offers up a private toilet, separate shower and tub, side by side sinks, and a massive wraparound walk-in closet.

This home isn’t to be limited to just one floor, you also will get a flexible and spacious lower floor. The centerpiece of the lower floor is surely the combination rec room/gym that stretches over 34 feet along the right side of the home. On the other side of the lower floor sit two more bedrooms; one with an en suite bathroom and the other with a full bath just outside the door.

Farmhouse Townhouse – Fourplex

It’s not often that attached homes offer great style – it seems all too frequently people prioritize functionality over design, but we think the two go hand in hand with what we’re calling a farmhouse townhouse, for obvious reasons. Rustic touches set off the exterior while inside lies a sleek and efficient modern floor plan. You shouldn’t have to settle for an easy living floor plan or a classy exterior.

The lower floor consists of a covered porch and the office, as well as the rear entry garage. The office benefits from shared access to the garage so you could even repurpose the garage as an extension of the office or if you are an artist, perhaps you could use the office as a clean room and the garage as the main studio.

Moving to the main floor, there is a long and open central living space, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room all flow together as one unit. The kitchen is a very functional U-shape and offers tons of counter space for such a compact space. Rounding out the main floor is a powder room just off the kitchen.

The upper floor is home to the two bedrooms, as well as an additional full bath. The primary bedroom occupies the front half of the floor, and includes a wide closet and an en suite bathroom that includes an extra wide counter and a full size shower. The second bedroom is down the hall past the second full bathroom and is quite large for the footprint of the home.
