Additional Revisions and photographs of our plans

Picking out your next home is a huge decision, and we want to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. We also understand that you need to have as much information and as many options before you make this choice. You want to get as many angles of the finished home so you can picture yourself in your new home.

Two questions we get asked more than any others are:

1: Do we have additional artwork or photos of the house plan?

And

2: Do we offer any revisions or options for the house plan?

We’ll answer these questions separately.

1. We frequently produce additional artwork for our plans, and we likewise get photos of our homes after they are built. We  make sure to get these uploaded as soon as we have them. For any of the plans you may be interested in, rest assured knowing that you are seeing the most up to date images we have!

2. Revisions are a slightly more complicated answer. Revisions are made on request for individual customers, but sometimes we choose to offer the most requested revisions as a separate house plan. In that case, you’ll be able to find those among the related plans here on the plan page:

Because revisions are done on a case by case basis, each customer receives their own custom quote. Sometimes changes have a steady, fixed cost. These revisions include changes to the foundation, adding basements, and flipping the plan. These options are available as an add-on to any stock plan purchase and have a fixed price noted in the pricing menu for each plan.
