Narrow Lot Two Story House Plan

“Vitality” is a narrow low two story house plan that will work just about anywhere. We hear from builders all the time that they want a variety of attractive, efficient designs that will work in any subdivision. The exterior has been created in our signature Mark Stewart Modern style, with a sleek roof line and relaxed, calming design touches. The floor plan carries this sense of calm inside. Enter through the covered porch and walk through the foyer, past the staircase and powder room to the spacious, open concept great room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen has tons of counter space for food prep, as well as a large island that looks out over the great room and dining room. Thoughtfully placed appliances make for easy kitchen maintenance. The great room includes a comforting fire place and there is a patio just off the dining room.

Move to the upper floor to see the carefully placed and private bedrooms. Just at the top of the stairs you’ll see the utility closet, and then a quick turn to the right takes you to the bedrooms. Three bedrooms occupy the rear half of the home, all generously sized with the back two rooms positioned to take advantage of a rear view. There is a full bathroom to accompany these bedrooms, while at the front of the home, the primary bedroom gets a full en suite bathroom. Modern Two Story Family Farmhouse

You have found an affordable and attractive  Two Story Farmhouse perfect for a family. This efficient and affordable Farmhouse Plan takes the efficiency of Barndominium Construction shapes and delivers a dynamic affordable look to go with the Family friendly Two story plan. A three car garage is artfully incorporated without dominating the scene. Main floor living includes a Study with a full bath nearby making guest room use easy. A very generous island kitchen with walk-in pantry looks out over the informal dining , Living room and a covered side outdoor living area.  This unique outdoor living arrangement is great if your lot has more social space and better views to the side. This Two Story Farmhouse design can also easily accommodate a more traditional rear covered outdoor living space.

Upstairs you will discover generous bedroom spaces and a flexible Bedroom #4/Bonus room .  The Primary Owners Suite faces forward and is large with a stepped ceiling and double door entry. Few things say “home” like a family farmhouse plan. From the barn style touches to the cozy layout, you’ll immediately want to kick off your shoes and settle in with a book and your favorite people.

A set of french doors welcomes you into the 2-story foyer, which quickly gives way to the 2-story great room. Thoughtful details abound throughout, including the tasteful built-ins in the great room and dining room. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and includes a spacious island (with seating). Through the back of the kitchen you’ll see the mud room/utility room, which itself connects to the walk-in closet, primary bathroom, and primary bedroom. Adjacent to the foyer is a vaulted den and a powder room close by. The left wing of the main floor is comprised of two additional bedrooms, each with a small walk-in closet and a shared en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom is very private, and, as mentioned before, connects seamlessly to the en suite luxury bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and mud/laundry room. Also key to the majesty of the main floor is the fully featured garage. There is space for two cars on the left side, with access via the rear, side, and front. The right side offers a shop with room for another car, work benches, easels, whatever you can imagine, as well as a large storage space just behind.
