This home was originally built in our Designer Showcase of Homes Tour by Green Circle Construction Company. As you can see from the photograph they paid extra attention to detail in executing the design. The floor plan with its huge great room and master suite on the main floor could not be more convenient. The living room has an 11 foot ceiling too…. Upstairs you get three more bedrooms… this plan is also available with a prairie roof line…. see plan msap1908..
This exciting Hamptons Shingle style design works perfectly on an upward sloping lot. It has all the features you would expect in a home twice its size. Four bedrooms, seperate living and family room, gourmet kitchen and cozy front porch off the main floor den….
This is just an outstanding solution to the current housing market. The main floor master suite is a must for many home buyers today, along with the very large and vaulted family room adjacent to the island kitchen and nook. There is a main floor study as well as formal living and dining rooms. Leading you upstairs is a gracefully curved stairway bringing you to two beautiful bedroom suites, each complete with its own full bathroom. The upper landing overlooks the open great room below. This is a craftsman design with all the charm and sophistication of the genre. The front porch speaks for itself in its cozy nature, as does the simple beauty of this entire design for the new millennium.
M-2181 If you have a narrow lot then look no further. This beautiful great room plan has it all. There is a main floor den near the entry, a large kitchen and dining area as well as the 350 sq. ft. great room. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a bonus room AND a loft. The master suite is spacious and well appointed. The architecture styling is Arts and Crafts at its best. This home is only 33 feet wide insuring its fit on most any building site.
MA-2136 I designed this handsome Arts and Crafts style town home for a large national builder as an entry into the upper end multi-family market in Portland, Oregon. I put a vast two story great room as the heart of the plan, with a unique home office area near the stairway. The garage is big enough for two cars with enough room left over for a big shop at the rear. Your buyers will love the upper floor, with a master suite complete with sitting room, an upstairs den/bedroom for a total of three bedrooms. And this town home looks great. Simply unmatched in appearance. We also designed this townhouse for affordability throughout. The roof construction is pre-fab trusses at a 5:12 pitch. If you want to build upper end attached housing, look no further then this plan at only 30 feet wide per unit.
I originally designed this home as a production house in a higher end starter Home project. It has turned into a wonderfully popular design. I placed a large family room near the oversized kitchen and nook. I put a shop in the garage, and hid the stairway from the entry in keeping with good feng shui principles. I put three generous bedrooms upstairs along with a huge bonus room. The Master suite is vaulted, as is the bonus room which is open to the stair.. Best of all this is an affordable home to build and at 34 feet wide will fit anywyere. The good looking craftsman exterior is easy on the eyes, and carries this noble architectural style to new levels in affordable housing.
This paired townhouse design is rich in variety and style. The larger side features a two car garage, open great room, island kitchen, and three generous bedrooms. The stairs and foyer are both two stories. The exterior has distinctive craftsman styling with shingle accents. The right side of this design features a single car garage with a large, open main floor. The upper floor features a large master suite and two well placed secondary bedrooms.

The Craftsman front porch leads you to the main entry, next to the volume ceiling living room and adjacent to the formal dining room. The balance of the main floor consists of a generous family room off the nook and island kitchen, a real powder room (you can get around in it), and a nice utility room. The master suite located on the main floor is the perfect size and has all the appointments you could ask for. There is even a covered patio off the rear of the house, an essential in wetter climates. Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms, with one double doored making it a perfect optional den. This house plan is also only 41 feet deep, giving the owner a large back yard on even an average lot. The best news is that the house is quite modular and it is value engineered and affordable to construct.
This has quickly become one of our most popular designs, and you can see why with the gorgeous arts and crafts appeal, the main floor master suite, and the truly generous great room. This is an outstanding town home design. At just over 1800 sq. ft. per side this stunning shingle style is not only beautiful but affordable to build. The master suite on the main floor is complimented by the two large bedrooms and loft on the upper floor. Notice the very large great room that is two stories tall with many built-in plant shelves. The master suite faces the rear along with the large upper bedroom with rear deck. This design, while originally planned as a townhouse, would work very well as a single family home. As a town home it is 60 feet wide (which would fit nicely on most duplex lots), and as a single family detached home it would only measure 30 feet.

Despite its open feel there is a feeling of intimacy generated by the well-placed den and the private and large master suite to the rear. Look very closely at this design and you will find everything you need in only 1742 square feet. The architecture is decidedly Craftsman. The front porch is large and well-designed.
