To begin the tour of the home, we’ll first head in through the foyer. There is plenty of room in the foyer to decorate and create a space unto itself. Straight ahead you’ll see the massive vaulted great room. The great room serves as a true central gathering space that launches in any direction to another special part of the home. To the right, there is a formal dining room with a 10′ ceiling, and an incredible gourmet kitchen. Multiple islands, a large 6×6 pantry, and a U shaped main prep space that offers tons and tons of counter and cabinet space. Just off of the dining room is a door to the gigantic outdoor living space, making outdoor entertaining effortless. Opposite the great room from the kitchen of this house plan is a deluxe wet bar that adjoins to a private office with a 10′ ceiling.

Moving on to the bedrooms, we have three on the main floor. At the back of the bathroom is an oversized shower as well as a deluxe spa. Rounding out this suite is a walk-in closet with more hanging space than anyone could shake a stick at.

We’re very happy to present you with this deluxe rustic farmhouse. The floor plan has been very thoughtfully laid out and we’ve made sure to include all the stylistic elements that make farmhouses so desirable. Walking up to the home, you’ll see the delightful, inviting front deck and you’ll be led into the foyer. To the left you’ll see the utility room and on the right, the guest room. This front guest room is great because it has a full bath right next door that makes it work well as an extended stay space. Moving further into the home, you’ll be taken into the large, open concept central living core. Made up of the dining room, living room, and kitchen, this area promotes a great sense of flow throughout the home. This sense of flow is further aided by the folding door access to the large covered back patio, which spans over 2/3 of the back of the home. The kitchen is an efficient L-shape with a comfortable island in the center that maximizes counter space and usability. This home includes not one, but two(!) vaulted master suites, with one of them on the main floor just off the living room. Both suites have the same layout, with a 14×14 bedroom, two walk-in closets, double sinks, and a large shower. The staircase to the upper floor is just off the living room, and places you right at the vaulted flex room and the second master suite. We’ve got another ultra flexible multi suite option for those that need equal space for all residents. The main house has five bedrooms, and the lower floor ADU has two; each of the bedrooms comes with a full bathroom, so that everyone has everything they need within arms reach.

Starting with the main home, you’ll enter through the front and immediately notice the first bedroom suite on your left, the garage on your right, and the stairs straight ahead. Upstairs you will find a luxurious, semi-open, living room/kitchen/dining room. We’ve arranged them in an L-shape so that you can still have a semi-private dining room separate from the main living space. The kitchen is between the two so that you can still have easy access when entertaining or just visiting or working around the kitchen island. Also on the second floor are two more sizable bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, both with tubs. On the upper floor we’ve included another two large bedroom suites as well as a laundry closet at the top landing. Each of these bedrooms gets plenty of natural light through the back of the home.

Moving to the lower floor ADU, you’ll find the private entrance on the left side of the home that leads right into the open kitchen/great room. The kitchen is a conservative L-shape, with a good sized island right in the middle. The ADU also includes two generously sized bedrooms, again each with their own full en suite bathrooms. At the corner of the great room you’ll see the ADU also gets its own laundry hookups. Rounding out the lower floor of the home is a one car garage with access from the foyer and the right side of the property.

As our world changes and the need for functional, more efficient space grows, we are trying to lead the charge by offering a range of deluxe, multi suite house plans. This home features seven complete full suites, five in the main home and two in the lower floor ADU. The idea with this home is for everyone to be able to have plenty of privacy and have everything they need within reach.

When you enter the bottom floor through the front of the home, you’ll immediately head up the stairs to the main home. The main portion of the house constitutes the top two floors while the ADU is all on the bottom floor. When you arrive on the main floor you’ll land in the open, spacious central dining/living room, flanked at the front by the kitchen and two large suites, both with vaulted ceilings. Right next to the dining room is the third and final suite on the main floor. The stairs to the upper floor are right between the two front bedrooms.

Upstairs are two almost equally sized vaulted bedrooms suites, as well as the utility closet. Downstairs is a totally independent ADU, accessed via an entrance around the left side of the home. When you enter, the first thing you’ll see is the spacious dining/living room, arranged with the kitchen similarly to the upper floor. The kitchen includes counter seating and plenty of prep space thanks to the U-shaped layout. Two full  bedroom suites are behind the main living space. Last but not least is the garage underneath the home, with enough room for one car and some additional storage at the rear.
