Driving up to the home, a grand yet comforting exterior welcomes you with its updated farmhouse styling. Park outside or in the two car garage and make your way inside. Once through the front door and inside the vaulted foyer, you’ll see before you a truly deluxe main floor. On the left lies a vaulted study, on the right, a full bathroom and one of six bedrooms this home has to offer. Onward past the staircase (which leads to the upstairs bonus room) you’ll arrive at the grandiose, two story living room. An incredibly cozy room itself, it also serves as the jumping off point for everything else the main floor has to offer. The gourmet kitchen gives way to a long pantry that itself wraps around past the garage to the back side of the utility room. A small half bath and a mud room form the transition to the garage. Back in the kitchen, to the right you’ll see the entrance to the deluxe main bedroom suite. Natural light, privacy, and a lovely bathroom are the name of the game. The bathroom is replete with all of the trappings you’d expect from a home like this: separate tub and shower, side by side sinks, a generously sized walk-in closet are among the top of the list. Small Lot 3 Story House Plan with a Garage

We often get customers that know exactly what they want in a home but they just can’t find something that works with a small lot. We take great pride in providing designs that work for these customers and for small lots under 25 feet. With this modern small home design, we’ve created a floor plan that combines luxury features and materials and packed them into the ultimate small lot 3 story house plan! All that, and you still get over 2600 square feet of space and four bedrooms!

Looking at the floor plan, you’ll first start out in either the foyer or the garage (which opens up into the foyer). Straight ahead you’ll come to the heart of the main floor: the open concept kitchen/dining room/living room cluster. The dining room and the living room connect seamlessly, and the kitchen sits just in front. The kitchen has an easy and flowing L-shape that provides plenty of space for storage, food prep, and gathering.

On the second floor, you’ll come to the true heart of the home. All four bedrooms and the utility room can be found on the here, making laundry day as easy as can be. Modern Single Story Beauty With a Pool

Few homes can do what this one does with only one floor. A stylish and organic northwest modern exterior takes elements from the Prairie school of design, the contemporary design movement, and organic materials to create something entirely unique. The floor plan is exactly what you’d want in a modern single story, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and bonus space to create whatever you want.

The tour starts just outside the garage, where a short foyer takes you past the study (with a 14′ ceiling) and the main bedroom suite which we’ll revisit later. Ahead is the center of the home, where the great room, dining room, and kitchen all converge into an open and airy living space. We’ve packed four bedrooms and a spacious great room into a small narrow house plan that’s only 25 feet wide! And at only, 46 feet deep it will fit most any lot. We’ve value engineered this home to be easy on the wallet when it comes time to build, but don’t feel like that means you’re missing out. You’ll still get all the stunning modern appeal you expect from a Mark Stewart design.

Park in the driveway or the two car garage and enter the home through the foyer. Past the powder room and coat close you’ll be taken to the bulk of the main floor. The main floor of this home includes a breezy, open concept living space, a powder room, and a small private patio. On the upper floor we’ve managed to fit four generously sized bedrooms, along with a main bathroom suite and walk-in closet that gives you everything you need. Two Story Barn House Plan with Easy Living Floor Plan

The rustic, charming farmhouse style has taken complete hold of the country’s design eye. We have helped to pioneer this resurgence of classic farmhouse design, and have put all of our creative energy into bringing what we feel are some of the finest offerings in this style. This two story barn house plan is no different, and offers a comforting, warm exterior paired with an easily maintained and perfectly sized floor plan.

This home utilizes a rear entry garage and a small front facing c0vered patio, so our tour will start at the back of the floor plan. As you enter the home, a short foyer gives way past a hall closet to a semi open main living space. A fully featured U-shaped kitchen sits just beyond the garage/to the left of the dining room, which helps to keep the food prep separate from the gathering spaces. Gathering kitchens have become very popular, but there are still many who prefer the more traditional model of a more separated kitchen. The other big feature of the first floor is the private main bedroom suite. This suite gets lots of light thanks to its corner position and large sets of windows.

The upper floor houses all of the rest of the bedrooms. Up the stairs, you’ll first see the utility room, conveniently located for easy access for all upstairs rooms as well as the main floor suite. The three upstairs bedrooms are all similarly sized, however bedroom number four also includes a vaulted ceiling. Two sinks and a full size tub/shower round out the shared upstairs bathroom. The sweeping, covered patio warmly welcomes you into your home and sets the stage for what’s to come. Once inside the home, you’ll be greeted by a stunning vaulted foyer that is flanked on either side by an open dining room and a den. Don’t be limited by the other, sparse choices for rear entry house plans. We’ve got an excellent range of craftsman, modern, and many more styles of home that offer rear entry garages. Perfect for an alley lot, this craftsman home gives you everything you need in a compact package.

Whether you enter the home through the garage or the front foyer, you’ll be right in the heart of the main floor. We’ve laid out the main floor to be extremely open. The dining room and kitchen are connected seamlessly save for an extra long island between them. Across the room is a 12 x 16 living room, complete with a fireplace. The kitchen is in an L to give you the most counter space and most comfortable cooking arrangement. Also on the main floor is a rear facing den as well as a powder room and coat closet. The two car garage is accessible via a door between the staircase and kitchen.

Moving to the upper floor, this is where you’ll find all of the bedrooms. A sizable loft provides a comfortable communal space to tie together the upper floor. We take pride in our ability to create elegant, very functional floor plans that fit on lots of all sizes.
