We’re so excited to share this with you that we’re putting it up with the preliminary renderings! We’ve combined a charming, rustic modern exterior with a floor plan that’s perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The name “Mutual Joy” says everything you need to know, everyone will find something to love about this home.

When you approach the home, you’ll see not only the elegant covered entrance, but also the huge wraparound covered porch that extends all the way to the back yard. The foyer has an incredible 19′ ceiling that is echoed just beyond in the great room.  A full bathroom sits just to the left of the foyer, and serves as the main bathroom for the main floor. The great room, dining room, and kitchen all flow together to create a unified and open central space. A large complement of windows flood the home with light from all sides. The kitchen is both large and efficient thanks to a generous U shape layout and thoughtful placement of the appliances.

This front guest room is great because it has a full bath right next door that makes it work well as an extended stay space. Made up of the dining room, living room, and kitchen, this area promotes a great sense of flow throughout the home. This sense of flow is further aided by the folding door access to the large covered back patio, which spans over 2/3 of the back of the home. We’ve got another ultra flexible multi suite option for those that need equal space for all residents. The main house has five bedrooms, and the lower floor ADU has two; each of the bedrooms comes with a full bathroom, so that everyone has everything they need within arms reach.

Starting with the main home, you’ll enter through the front and immediately notice the first bedroom suite on your left, the garage on your right, and the stairs straight ahead. Upstairs you will find a luxurious, semi-open, living room/kitchen/dining room. We’ve arranged them in an L-shape so that you can still have a semi-private dining room separate from the main living space. The kitchen is between the two so that you can still have easy access when entertaining or just visiting or working around the kitchen island. Also on the second floor are two more sizable bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, both with tubs. On the upper floor we’ve included another two large bedroom suites as well as a laundry closet at the top landing. Each of these bedrooms gets plenty of natural light through the back of the home.

Moving to the lower floor ADU, you’ll find the private entrance on the left side of the home that leads right into the open kitchen/great room.
