On the opposite side, the main suite opens up via folding doors to the pool. Inside, you’ll have a 14′ ceiling, an en suite bath with a matching extra tall ceiling, and a huge walk-in closet.

At the back of the home, there are two mirrored bedrooms that also include en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets for a total of four(!) full bedroom suites in this stunning home. To round out the floor plan, a three car garage comes with an additional shop space, and a mud room and utility room sit just next to said garage.

Here is a wonderful interperatation of The Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie School.!!! My original client wanted an immense great room with a deck at the front to take advantage of a view. We also placed the Master Suite at the front of the home facing the view with its own deck.. The curved wall den complete with fireplace is accesible from the hallway as well as the Master Suite. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and a bonus room.. The kitchen has a cozy eating nook and gathering room.

This Prairie Craftsman style “The Bright” Plan was my own personal residence. I designed this house plan for my family with several goals in mind. I wanted a strong, timeless architecture to lead into large multi-use spaces. I did this with the two story great room you see here, with its formal entertaining ability as well as everyday functionality. I placed a very good sized study accessible from the foyer as well as a deck on the right side of the main floor. The left side has a very nice kitchen and large dining room that again does daily as well as formal duty. Downstairs is a large rec. room, utility and meditation room that could double as storage. The garage is an over sized two car design. Upstairs are three generous bedrooms connected with a sky bridge overlooking the great room and foyer. Downstairs is a nice Rec. Room, utility room and a private Meditation Hall. It is strong, flexible and particularly special to me..

This Beautiful design has it all and a little bit more. The Formal living room is off the foyer where you want it. The Master suite is at the back corner over a commanding view. The family room is truly immense and shares the kitchen with a spacious eating nook. The kitchen itself, the hub of the home is perfect with a large island, and walk-in pantry. Downstairs are three very large bedrooms and a rec room. Nothing has been left out of this timeless floor plan with classic Frank Lloyd Wright exterior.

Stunning transitional architecture with a Great Room floor plan: A private master suite on the main floor comes complete with volume ceilings, big shower and wardrobe and all the space you will ever need. The balance of the main floor is the vaulted Great Room, Nook, Kitchen and Dining Room. There is even a bay window at the skylighted voluminous kitchen. Downstairs you will find three additional bedrooms and one of the nicest Rec. Rooms ever. This is the perfect design for a downsloping lot.!!!

This is a Prairie version of our very popular M-2482. The Master Bedroom on the main floor has been a must for many clients over the years and it works very well here. Please notice also, the large family room and kitchen dynamic demanding by so many. Upstairs there is a large bonus room and two secondary bedrooms. Coupled with its striking Frank Lloyd Wright flavor, this home is a can’t miss!!!

Craftsman architecture at its very best. One story of luxury living is all you’ll see here. The Foyer brings you into one of the best single story designs available anywhere. I originally designed this house for a large lot with a view to the front. I put all of the most often used spaces to the rear, and placed the public and formal spaces to the front. The Family Room is particularly noteworthy. It shares space with the stylish kitchen and opens onto a rear facing deck. The bedrooms are all large and functional. The Formal living and dining room are complimented by interior columns in pairs.

Modern Two Story House Plan

The Cabernet House Plan is a Modern Two Story Home.  Utilizing elements from both the prairie and northwest modern styles, we’ve created a beautiful exterior.  Paired with a unique and very livable floor plan that results in a stunning modern two-story home. The foyer leads you into a semi-private dining room, which connects to a stunning great room with built-ins, a large fireplace, and plenty of windows. The kitchen has a generously sized island, an L-shaped counter top, walk-in pantry, and a nook that connects to the back deck. The two-car garage is also accessed through the kitchen. Also on the main floor is a full bath as well as a flexible den that could easily work as a 5th bedroom.

The upper floor is home to a massive bonus room, three spacious bedrooms, and a delightful master suite. Entering the master suite through a set of french doors, you’ll see the large view window out the side of the room. Continuing through to the master bath, you’ll see a standalone tub, separate shower, his and hers sinks, private toilet, a very generous walk-in closet, and perhaps the best feature of all, pass-through access to the laundry, so your laundry can go straight from the closet to the washer and from the dryer back to the closet in one easy step.
