The farmhouse style has taken a firm hold on the visual landscape of neighborhoods and property the world over. There is something about the inherent charm and joy in these designs that simply makes you smile. We’re proud to present Schubert to you, a one story farmhouse style home with a unique and lovely floor plan.

A modest porch welcomes you into the breezy 18′ ceiling foyer, from where you can go to the right and find two large bedrooms, or straight ahead to the central living core. On the right on the way to the bedrooms is a small powder room. These two bedrooms are similar sizes, with bedroom #3 having a vaulted ceiling. In between these bedrooms is a full bathroom with a linen closet and a full tub/shower.

Back to the center of the floor plan, we’ll look at the vaulted family room. This is truly the launching point for all this home has to offer. From the family room you can access the massive outdoor living space, which, with both a vaulted portion and a flat roof portion, creates a lovely atmosphere for outdoor entertaining in the warmer months. Back inside, the family room connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining room. This home’s kitchen is sure to make any home cook happy, with a thoughtful appliance layout, plenty of counter space, and a large walk-in pantry.

One of the most striking features of this farmhouse style home is the primary bedroom suite. Accessed behind the dining room, this suite includes everything you could want in a bedroom suite: privacy, natural light, comfort, and a view. The bedroom shares virtually no walls with the rest of the home, and has tons of windows that will flood the room with natural light. Heading back into the bathroom, you’ll see all of the deluxe features that set this bathroom apart. An Executive House Plan with the Master on the Main Floor

Truly a home for the most discerning customer, this executive house plan is chock full of all the features that the busy professional needs to feel comfortable at home.

Jumping right into the tour of the home, you’ll enter either through the three car garage or through the front door through the foyer. Coming in through the foyer, you’ll immediately see the first of many desirable features: the den. With an 11′ ceiling and a large window out towards the front of the home, you’ll get a comfortable, spacious, and relaxing place to finish a little work at home. Moving further into the home to the right will take you to the broad, central living core. Here, the great room, kitchen, dining room, and breakfast nook all converge in a flowing, open concept haven. The L-shaped kitchen features an island that overlooks the great room, promoting a sense of community and calm.

The biggest feature of the main floor, however, is the outstanding main bedroom suite. Entering via a set of corner french doors, you’ll immediately be taken by the nine foot ceiling and natural light from the back of the room. On the left wall are two doors, one on the left to a huge walk-in closet and one on the right to the fully featured en suite bathroom. Here, a separate tub and shower, a private toilet, a vanity, and side by side sinks come together to create a deluxe, relaxing place to get ready for and unwind from your day.

Two Story Barn House Plan with Easy Living Floor Plan

The rustic, charming farmhouse style has taken complete hold of the country’s design eye. We have helped to pioneer this resurgence of classic farmhouse design, and have put all of our creative energy into bringing what we feel are some of the finest offerings in this style. This two story barn house plan is no different, and offers a comforting, warm exterior paired with an easily maintained and perfectly sized floor plan.

This home utilizes a rear entry garage and a small front facing c0vered patio, so our tour will start at the back of the floor plan. As you enter the home, a short foyer gives way past a hall closet to a semi open main living space. A fully featured U-shaped kitchen sits just beyond the garage/to the left of the dining room, which helps to keep the food prep separate from the gathering spaces. Gathering kitchens have become very popular, but there are still many who prefer the more traditional model of a more separated kitchen. The other big feature of the first floor is the private main bedroom suite. This suite gets lots of light thanks to its corner position and large sets of windows.

The upper floor houses all of the rest of the bedrooms. Up the stairs, you’ll first see the utility room, conveniently located for easy access for all upstairs rooms as well as the main floor suite. The three upstairs bedrooms are all similarly sized, however bedroom number four also includes a vaulted ceiling. Two sinks and a full size tub/shower round out the shared upstairs bathroom. Remember also that this is an Energy Star Home insuring energy efficiency that will pay for itself.

An Estate Farmhouse fit for the Whole Family

Sometimes you need a home that’ll fit in a 25′ wide lot. Other times you need a home with ultra modern roof lines. And maybe now, you need an elegant estate farmhouse that has room for multiple generations. “American Estate K” is an elegant, rustic home that includes tons of space to spread out, as well as one of our signature “Casitas,” separate living spaces that are perfect for extended stay guests or grandparents/live at home children.

The front of the home welcomes you in with its nostalgic charm. Park in the three car garage, or leave the car in the driveway and enter through the classy, double door entry. Once inside, you’ll quickly be able to tell what makes this home so unique. Immediately to the right, you’ll see a library that compliments the large home office across the foyer. Back in the center of the home, you’ll see an incredible open living arrangement, with the great room, kitchen, and dining room all seamlessly connected. This new Farmhouse Duplex “10 Gallon” will fit in just about anywhere you choose to build it, while still standing out as the most beautiful home on the block.

A Smart Modern Farmhouse for All Occasions

When we design a new farmhouse, or any style house plan, we want to make sure the home works for you, not against you. With Smart Farm, we’ve created just that. The exterior calls to mind a simpler time, and evokes a sense of peace and calmness, even at first glance. We’ve designed the floor plan to accommodate just about anything you can throw at it. From the dog wash in the garage to the screened porch off the kitchen; from the butler’s pantry to the double bonus rooms upstairs, this smart modern farmhouse has you covered.

Entering the home, you’ll pass the formal dining room and the two story study on either side of the foyer as you move towards the grand center of the home. “Blue Merit” is an exciting new addition to our portfolio. This Modern Rustic Barn Home offers a striking blend of style, class, and function. Upon entering the home, you’ll walk through a breezy foyer into the deluxe kitchen. If you walk straight, you’ll find yourself in the open concept dining room and great room, which feature a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and covered patio access. The kitchen is an open and flexible L-shape that affords plenty of counter space as well as carefully spaced appliances.

To the left of the great room, you’ll find the garage, the utility room, a full bath, and the second bedroom, the only one on this side of the home. Cozy, Feature Packed Traditional House Plan with Three Car Garage

If you and your family are looking for a home that will sustain you for generations and covers all the bases, look no further! This traditional house plan has a three car garage, five bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and tons of extra space that guarantees you’ll never want for more room. We took great care to make sure you’re ready for any situation.

Outside the home, a short flight of stairs from the driveway takes you to the main floor. Once inside, the living room is immediately to your left, and another few stairs take you up the landing that launches you into the rest of the home. This plan includes both a breakfast nook and a formal dining room, the latter of which is just to the right of the landing. Further on into the home, you’ll find the den, utility room, and the comfortable and welcoming family room which connects seamlessly to the breakfast nook and the kitchen. Not to be missed is the spacious, vaulted primary bedroom which is at the front of the home. In it, you’ll find an expansive walk in closet and a bathroom which offers a separate tub and shower as well as side by side sinks and a private toilet.

If you’re wondering where the rest of the bedrooms are, they’re all upstairs! After a quick trip up the staircase, you can go right to a vaulted bedroom which looks out the front of the home, left to a modest bedroom that looks out the back, or turn around and head to a huge bedroom that stretches almost 22 feet in length. And don’t forget about the equally impressive bonus room which encompasses the whole right side of the upper floor. All too often builders find themselves lost among a sea of uninspiring and lackluster designs, especially when it comes to difficult, narrow lots. We take great pride in making sure that no matter how deep, narrow, or tricky the lot is, we will have an elegant and practical design to match. That’s where “Segal” comes in. This narrow duplex comes in at just 20′ wide, ensuring an easy build in even the most demanding subdivisions.

Luxury House Plan That Leaves Nothing to be Desired

It’s hard to figure out where to begin with this home. We’ve worked hard to create a luxury house plan that offers everything you could want and then some. The exterior of the home captures the spirit and grandeur of a lodge home and blends it with elements of a more traditional craftsman design.

To begin the tour of the home, we’ll first head in through the foyer. There is plenty of room in the foyer to decorate and create a space unto itself. Straight ahead you’ll see the massive vaulted great room. The great room serves as a true central gathering space that launches in any direction to another special part of the home. To the right, there is a formal dining room with a 10′ ceiling, and an incredible gourmet kitchen. Multiple islands, a large 6×6 pantry, and a U shaped main prep space that offers tons and tons of counter and cabinet space. Just off of the dining room is a door to the gigantic outdoor living space, making outdoor entertaining effortless. Opposite the great room from the kitchen of this house plan is a deluxe wet bar that adjoins to a private office with a 10′ ceiling.

Moving on to the bedrooms, we have three on the main floor. Just past the kitchen are two similarly sized bedrooms, both with walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms, with the second bedroom having private access to the outdoor living space. The main bedroom suite takes up the entire left wing of the main floor and offers gobs and gobs of features. Entering through a set of french doors, you’ll arrive in a serene bedroom with tons of natural light through the the rear of the home. A second set of french doors open up to a private covered patio reserved for the main bedroom. The en suite bathroom is perhaps one of the finest we’ve designed. The bathroom offers not just two sinks, but two private toilets and vanities. Each person almost gets their own private bathroom, meaning you’ll never have to fight for counter space. At the back of the bathroom is an oversized shower as well as a deluxe spa. Rounding out this suite is a walk-in closet with more hanging space than anyone could shake a stick at.

Finally, we need to talk about the upper floor. We’ve designed entertainment central above the garage that comes with a game room, a huge exercise room, and a media room that could easily be built out as a deluxe home theater.

Modern Craftsman Charm and Five Bedrooms

This house plan combines a classy, understated, modern craftsman exterior with a stunning, luxury floor plan. We take great pride in producing craftsman home plans that work in any neighborhood while still carrying a personality and style all their own.

Looking at the floor plan, you’ll see the entry on the left hand side of the home and the garage at the front, which makes this home a winner for a tricky corner lot. Once inside, there is a flexible den to the right that can easily be turned into a fifth bedroom thanks to the half bath next door. To the left and further into the home, you’ll walk past the staircase and find an ergonomic and spacious central living core. The kitchen is arranged in an L with a large island that looks out over the rest of the space. The island is big enough to accommodate informal dining, food prep, and even work/school from home. Behind the dining room is a covered patio that runs half the width of the home.

The upper floor of this luxury house plan is where things get even more interesting. Once upstairs, you’ll see the utility room straight ahead, with bedrooms on either side down the hallway. To the left are two similarly sized bedrooms and a 14′ x 14′ vaulted bonus room. With an attached walk-in closet, the bonus room can easily work as a bedroom as well. The main bedroom suite makes for a luxurious escape, with a stepped ceiling, french doors, and an incredible en suite bathroom. Side by side sinks, standalone tub and shower,  a private toilet, and two(!) walk-in closets make this an unforgettable bathroom.

Luxury French Country House Plan

This is truly a one of a kind, estate-sized, French country house plan. We pulled out all the stops in designing this home, and we’ll try to touch on just a few of our favorite features in our tour.

Undoubtedly the first thing you’re likely to notice is the dramatic and elegant exterior. No matter where you decide to build it, this home will shine. A rotunda deck and a myriad of windows compliment each other and create a grand yet welcoming atmosphere. Once you enter into the home, a palatial two story foyer and parlor showcase a sweeping curved staircase and overlook on the second story. Immediately to the left of the staircase is a large study, and to the right, the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen offers everything you could want, from a central island to a walk-in pantry, from panoramic view windows to a stunning dining nook.

Elsewhere on the main floor, we’ve included a two story living room that features a two way fireplace into the adjacent home gym. IN addition to the gym, it opens out back to a purpose built fenced pet yard, giving a safe space for your furry friends to roam! Also on the main floor is the incredible main bedroom suite. Built in seating, panoramic windows, and massive wardrobes are just a few of the highlights of the suite.

The upper floor is a peaceful getaway, with 4 bedrooms that surround the landing, each with their own compliment of features. There is a massive play room that looks out huge view windows on the right side of the home, as well as an adjacent hobby room that could easily work as an additional bedroom. Lovely Two Story Rustic Barnhouse Plan

Few things evoke a feeling of peace and well-being than a well designed farmhouse. This home, “Freedom 46,” has been designed in a rustic barnhouse style evocative of a well preserved, classic barn. Natural materials and finishes keep the exterior grounded in its surroundings, while a comfortable, functional floor plan gives you an easy to maintain and flexible interior.

A charming, understated front porch welcomes you to the front door, through which you’ll be taken into the foyer. The foyer leads you past a decently sized den that easily converts to a third bedroom thanks to the full bathroom right next door. On the left side of the foyer is a utility room that also serves as the garage access. Further into the main floor, you’ll come to the open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. We’ve designed an L-shaped kitchen with a huge island overlooking the great room. This arrangement maximizes the usable space and efficiency of the kitchen. The open layout makes entertaining and serving food as easy as possible.

Rounding out the main floor is the lovely main bedroom suite with a dual access walk-in closet at the back. We’ve designed the exterior to be simple yet stately, understated yet elegant. One of the focal points of this design is the attached business center at the left of the home. The main home provides a living experience unlike any other. The main floor and upper floor work together in concert to make your home your ultimate paradise. You’ll enter the home through the covered patio into the foyer. On your left you’ll see the formal dining room, and on your right, the study. Through the dining room is a butler’s pantry that leads to the kitchen. With one of the largest islands we’ve ever put in a kitchen, this kitchen will satisfy every home cook. You’ll never want for counter or storage space. A charming breakfast nook sits at the end of the island and, on beautiful days, can open up to the covered patio through a set of folding doors. We’ve designed this farmhouse plan to be as captivating as possible. Tons of windows, subtle, elegant arches, and plenty of nods to the farmhouse style that we love so well. The floor plan reflects this same sense of grandeur and elegance inside the home.

The sweeping, covered patio warmly welcomes you into your home and sets the stage for what’s to come. We’re so excited to share this with you that we’re putting it up with the preliminary renderings! We’ve combined a charming, rustic modern exterior with a floor plan that’s perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The name “Mutual Joy” says everything you need to know, everyone will find something to love about this home.

When you approach the home, you’ll see not only the elegant covered entrance, but also the huge wraparound covered porch that extends all the way to the back yard. The foyer has an incredible 19′ ceiling that is echoed just beyond in the great room.  A full bathroom sits just to the left of the foyer, and serves as the main bathroom for the main floor. The great room, dining room, and kitchen all flow together to create a unified and open central space. A large complement of windows flood the home with light from all sides. The kitchen is both large and efficient thanks to a generous U shape layout and thoughtful placement of the appliances.

The most exciting part of the main floor is certainly the master suite. Just off the back of the great room, this room has a 12′ ceiling and tons of light from the back of the home. A luxurious walk-in closet sits between the bedroom and the bathroom, and offers as much hanging space as you could want. The bathroom itself is truly remarkable. A custom shower, circle tub, a private toilet, and his and hers sinks complete this deluxe bathroom.

The upper floor also has plenty to offer. Two similarly sized vaulted bedrooms sit at either end, and each one gets its own full bathroom. Rounding out the upper floor is a sprawling rec room (with plenty of natural light) and a linen closet in the hallway.
