You’ll never want for counter or storage space. A charming breakfast nook sits at the end of the island and, on beautiful days, can open up to the covered patio through a set of folding doors. There’s a walk in pantry that’s accessible via both the prep space behind the kitchen and the hallway to the craft room.

On the other side of the main floor is a master suite that would make anyone jealous. A small hallway leads past the master bath to a sizable bedroom that looks out the back of the home. We’ve combined a charming, rustic modern exterior with a floor plan that’s perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The name “Mutual Joy” says everything you need to know, everyone will find something to love about this home.

When you approach the home, you’ll see not only the elegant covered entrance, but also the huge wraparound covered porch that extends all the way to the back yard. The foyer has an incredible 19′ ceiling that is echoed just beyond in the great room.  A full bathroom sits just to the left of the foyer, and serves as the main bathroom for the main floor. The floor plan has been very thoughtfully laid out and we’ve made sure to include all the stylistic elements that make farmhouses so desirable. Walking up to the home, you’ll see the delightful, inviting front deck and you’ll be led into the foyer. To the left you’ll see the utility room and on the right, the guest room. This front guest room is great because it has a full bath right next door that makes it work well as an extended stay space. Moving further into the home, you’ll be taken into the large, open concept central living core. Made up of the dining room, living room, and kitchen, this area promotes a great sense of flow throughout the home. This sense of flow is further aided by the folding door access to the large covered back patio, which spans over 2/3 of the back of the home. The kitchen is an efficient L-shape with a comfortable island in the center that maximizes counter space and usability. This home includes not one, but two(!) vaulted master suites, with one of them on the main floor just off the living room. We’ve got another ultra flexible multi suite option for those that need equal space for all residents. The main house has five bedrooms, and the lower floor ADU has two; each of the bedrooms comes with a full bathroom, so that everyone has everything they need within arms reach.

Starting with the main home, you’ll enter through the front and immediately notice the first bedroom suite on your left, the garage on your right, and the stairs straight ahead. Upstairs you will find a luxurious, semi-open, living room/kitchen/dining room. We’ve arranged them in an L-shape so that you can still have a semi-private dining room separate from the main living space. The kitchen is between the two so that you can still have easy access when entertaining or just visiting or working around the kitchen island. Also on the second floor are two more sizable bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, both with tubs. On the upper floor we’ve included another two large bedroom suites as well as a laundry closet at the top landing. Each of these bedrooms gets plenty of natural light through the back of the home.

Moving to the lower floor ADU, you’ll find the private entrance on the left side of the home that leads right into the open kitchen/great room. The kitchen is a conservative L-shape, with a good sized island right in the middle. The ADU also includes two generously sized bedrooms, again each with their own full en suite bathrooms. At the corner of the great room you’ll see the ADU also gets its own laundry hookups. Rounding out the lower floor of the home is a one car garage with access from the foyer and the right side of the property.
