I put a vast two story great room as the heart of the plan, with a unique home office area near the stairway. The garage is big enough for two cars with enough room left over for a big shop at the rear. M-2121 If you have a steep lot with a view to the rear this house could be for you. BUT and this is a big but, if your lot and budget allow you can easily add over 1000 more square feet here during construction or at a later expansion date. And this space can be added inexpensively. I was inspired by my oldest son to design this home (in fact he did most of the preliminary work). The sophisticated rotunda leads to one of the most efficient smaller homes I have ever designed.
