This is another Designers Showcase original built by Don Hunt Construction, one of my favorite homebuilders. A striking uphill MSA Prairie design is what you get here. Desgined with a view to the front in mind this plan takes advantage of an uphill lot in fine style. The formal living room and dining room are at the front along with the master suite. This arrangement has been a success for dozens of homebuilders and homeowners. The family room, open to the kitchen and the back yard are related nicley to the stairway which leads to the two bedroom and giant bonus room upper floor. A three car garage rounds out this design.

This is a version of what has been called the perfect house plan. In this particular case we have offered a two story living room to go along with the immense family room, back stair and four bedroom plus bonus room upper floor.

Sloping Lot House Plan

If you’ve ever built a home on a downhill lot, you’ll know that that can be limiting when it comes to design options. A modern exterior sets the stage for an ultra comfortable floor plan, starting with the 2 car garage and a brief foyer. This was the most successful design debuting in the highly competitive Designers Showcase Of Homes. Builders and buyers have both flocked to the open great room design on the main floor.
