A walk-pantry completes the kitchen, while a large island connects to the dining area for formal and informal gathering. Flanking on both sides of this grand space are three sizable bedrooms: two guest bedrooms and the primary suite, which is afforded the entire left side of the home.

The primary suite enters through French doors off of the great room, where a vaulted ceiling continues the breathy atmosphere established by the two story living room. Through the bedroom you’ll see the attached bathroom, which contains a large walk-in closet, a private toilet, and a dual vanity. Towards the other side of the home, you’ll see the two guest rooms, one of which is an auxiliary suite (Bed #2). Both rooms are of virtually equal size, with the exception of Bed #3’s bathroom also being accessible off of the kitchen.

It draws on various traditional American architectural styles, such as traditional, craftsman, farmhouse, rustic and ranch, and infuses them with modern design principles, ranging from open, flexible living spaces to sustainable practices and the integration of advanced technology.

There are sure to be many aspects of this home that will capture your attention, but let’s focus on a few key areas. This home features a wide covered porch that provides the perfect portal into this magical space. The foyer opens ahead to the kitchen and living space with the laundry room right nearby. The kitchen of this home features an L shape with a social island and a thoughtful layout. The living room and dining room are open in one seamless arrangement, with the living space opening to an equally exciting outdoor living space. The main floor offers two bedrooms: a vaulted guest room near the front, and the first of two primary suites at the rear. Cobblestone Sanctuary – Ancestral One Story with Loft

A classy, Old World  take on an incredibly popular floor plan for us, Cobblestone Sanctuary captures the essence of what we’re calling an ancestral one story with loft. Ample bedrooms along with a bevy of luxury features and a special bonus loft are just the tip of the iceberg here.

You’ll arrive at the grand, vaulted porch, where windows look out from the office and dining room. Inside the foyer, the vaulted ceilings immediately set the tone for the entire home. On your left will be the dining room, and straight ahead you’ll see the kitchen and great room, flowing seamlessly from on to the other. This kitchen is a home cook’s dream, offering up everything from a walk-in pantry, a huge island perfect for prep, and tons of counter space.
