Westlake Reserve Modern Home Designs 5 in a row

We were recently given a rare opportunity to design 5 custom homes for JT Roth Construction on a standalone street in beautiful Lake Oswego, Oregon.  Each home is unique due to the different existing conditions on each lot, and the cities zoning requirements. We also wanted to demonstrate the various modern styles we have developed, and show them working in concert at streetscape level.  While each of these homes is selling for over 1.2 million apiece, these same styles are available in smaller and much more reasonably priced homes. Much of the decision making with regards to the varied footprints of these homes was driven by the stringent zoning requirements In Lake Oswego. These plans could be built in a different jurisdiction with much less exterior wrinkling. This would bring the cost of the buildings down, and would add significant space at just the right places, particularly in the upper floors.
