The great room opens to the outside through an expansive opening glass wall. There are two efficient bedroom suites on either side of this central core.     ? What would it cost to build this house

      This could vary from place to place. A working budget would be $150 per sq. foot but a lot would depend upon finishes you chose..

    do you have locations for utilities; electrical, mechanical, laundry?

      HI Dennis
      Yes the bathroom on the right side has a stacked washer and dryer (indicated by a square box with a cross hatch) In the same location on the left hand bathroom there is a similar graphic that indicates the furnace location. On demand water heater can be placed on any outside wall or a traditional water heater can go in the crawl space of the home..Electrical panel can be placed anywhere.

      Each bath has a square shown with an X through it. Laundry (Stacked washer and dryer) goes on one side and the furnace goes in the other bathroom. Electrical panel can be placed wherever the electrician decides is best

    This is an absolutely beautiful house. There seem to be two versions of the floor plan. One has the clerestories on the sides and one doesn’t. Do the plans come with both versions?

      Excellent observation. We do actually have it both ways. The transom window version is by far my favorite!
