This  Costa Pacific Master Planned Community in Wilsonville has been developed as a stand alone community second to none in the Unites States.. This Officers Row Project is  a unique product in the development and are a the core of the Village Zone….Originally zoned for two large condominium buildings the design firm created a hybrid that keeps the spirit of the original Master Plan Code and offers detached homes with an overall theme that fits perfectly in the neighborhood . Officers Row Builder JT Roth Construction teamed up with Mark Stewart to create these most desirable homes.With over 500 more lots to develop it will certainly not be the last of its kind. The team is very excited to achieve this re-zoning and Final Development Plan approval.. Construction is scheduled to begin in March 2015.
