The left wing of the main floor is comprised of two additional bedrooms, each with a small walk-in closet and a shared en suite bathroom. Also key to the majesty of the main floor is the fully featured garage. There is space for two cars on the left side, with access via the rear, side, and front. The right side offers a shop with room for another car, work benches, easels, whatever you can imagine, as well as a large storage space just behind.

Also very important to the design is the upper floor. Here we’ve included a fourth bedroom, a sizable flex space with tons of natural light, a full bathroom, and a small loft that opens up down below.

Charming, Rustic Family House Plan

We tried hard to create a home that welcomes you in and brings about a sense of calm, and we think we’ve done that with this rustic family house plan. The exterior screams classy barn chic, and that soothing, country atmosphere echos throughout the interior as well.

The approach to the home takes you past (or into) the three car garage, where you’ll see the shop, dog wash, and entrance to the laundry room. Back out front, a grand porch with a vaulted roof ushers you inside. The central living core is open, open, open! The dining room is sandwiched on either side by the gourmet kitchen and sprawling living room, and complimented by the vaulted ceiling and folding door access to the covered outdoor living area.

To the left you will find the powder room and beyond, the laundry room and primary bedroom suite. This isn’t any ordinary suite, however. We’ve designed it for outstanding privacy and luxury, with private access to covered outdoor living, a decked out bathroom, and a generous walk-in closet with pass through access to the laundry room.

Farmhouse Townhouse – Fourplex

It’s not often that attached homes offer great style – it seems all too frequently people prioritize functionality over design, but we think the two go hand in hand with what we’re calling a farmhouse townhouse, for obvious reasons. Rustic touches set off the exterior while inside lies a sleek and efficient modern floor plan. You shouldn’t have to settle for an easy living floor plan or a classy exterior.

The lower floor consists of a covered porch and the office, as well as the rear entry garage. The office benefits from shared access to the garage so you could even repurpose the garage as an extension of the office or if you are an artist, perhaps you could use the office as a clean room and the garage as the main studio.

Moving to the main floor, there is a long and open central living space, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room all flow together as one unit. The kitchen is a very functional U-shape and offers tons of counter space for such a compact space. Rounding out the main floor is a powder room just off the kitchen.

The upper floor is home to the two bedrooms, as well as an additional full bath. Rustic Barn House  Plan

We’ve had tons of success with plans like our Farm-640, and we’ve decided to take all of the requested add-ons from that plan and roll them into a brand new rustic barn house plan we’re calling “The Answer.”

The moment you enter the front door, you’ll know you’re in a special home. A sensible foyer welcomes you with a coat closet and the utility room, and then opens up on the right to the kitchen. This kitchen offers tons of counter space and a large central island. The great room lies just beyond the kitchen, and boasts a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace with built-ins, and sliding door access to the covered rear outdoor living space. The dining room sits just off the great room, with the staircase to the upper floor and optional basement on the right wall.

The main bedroom is on the main floor as well, and sits at the back left corner, behind the great room. This bedroom includes a nice walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling, and a fully featured bathroom (side by side sinks, wide counter, and a full sized tub/shower). As a bonus, this bedroom gets private access to the outdoor living space. Rounding out the main floor is a second vaulted bedroom on the front side of the home. Large Family Style Home Design with thoughtful details everywhere

Feast your eyes on the careful planning that has gone into this Large Family Style European Eclectic House Plan. From top to bottom, and front to back nothing has been overlooked in the family friendly floor plan. A very large Garage/Shop space is placed at a right angle to the home, reflecting a courtyard feeling while keeping the footprint of the house plan at less then 70 feet. Look no further, because a finer set of farmhouse town homes you won’t find anywhere! Rustic touches abound, echoing back to a simpler time. All throughout this modern farmhouse rear garage fourplex, you’ll find features upon features, with livability coming out of every window.

The outside units are flipped from each other, as are the center, larger units. All four homes share a similar layout, with subtle changes made to offer more square footage, larger garages, and larger kitchens in the middle two units. That being said, we’ve made sure that all four kitchens give you plenty of counter space and have steered clear of the problems often found in other multiplexes. Each main floor also gets a powder room just off of the dining room.

The upper floors are still very similar, but have a little more variation than the main floors. Each unit gets three bedrooms, including a forward facing primary suite. The main differences can be found in the placement of the two guest bedrooms, with the middle homes placing them both at the rear, while the outer homes have all three bedrooms in a line. A larger utility room can also be found in the center townhouses.
