I love this plan. Pearl Loft 1159

What degree of pitch does the roof have from deck side, as snow (Austria) has to be a consideration? On that matter can the roof overhang be increased to cover the deck? There are a few other internal layout adjustments, but nothing affecting the structural aspects.

    • Mark Stewart

It is currently 1/2″ per foot.
This can be modified if need be

What degree can the roof be pitched from the deck side, as snow (Austria) must be a consideration? Would an increase to the roof overhang (distance for coverage of deck & periphery) be an issue? Other internal adjustment (non-structural) required.

    • Mark Stewart

      HI David
We could go to any pitch you might want. something like 2:12 would still look very nice and similar to the original.. The overhangs could also be modified to something different if need be.
      I hope this is helpful
