This charming, rustic home is inspired by one of our most popular small designs, “Jupiter.” The floor plan is perfect for anyone that knows exactly what they need from their house. We’ve included all of the necessities and left out all of the fluff to give you the perfect compact home.

You’ll enter through a lovely utility room that is much more comfortable than what you might find in other, similarly sized homes. Further into the home you’ll come to the kitchen, bathroom, and master suite. The kitchen is also the way to the main living area of the home and provides tons of counter space, much more than is usually found in other homes of a similar size. The sink looks out through a window over the porch and gets tons of natural light. The peninsula counter on the other side of the kitchen doubles as both a cozy dining space and an additional prep space.
